Having managed his own CPA firm for more than 30 years, Darren’s vast accounting experience is rivaled only by his passion for helping firm owners modernize and transform their practices into thriving, sustainable enterprises.

Andy Root

Andy brings over a decade of experience in sales and firm operations, working with accounting firms nationwide. Through years of collaboration and consulting, he has developed a deep understanding of the needs of firm owners at every level of a modern business model.

Andy works closely with firm partners and their teams, helping them advance in strategy, technology, culture, and operations. His contributions to the profession have earned him recognition as one of CPA Practice Advisor's "20 Under 40" Accounting Influencers.

Andy lives with his wife Anna and two daughters Norah and Charlotte.

John Mitchell

For over 25 years John Mitchell has been motivating and inspiring corporate and non-profit audiences with a unique blend of creative story-telling and practical, down-to-earth conversation. With experience as a business owner, a creative director, a lead pastor, a keynote speaker, a podcaster and a government contractor. John’s diverse professional career has brought him the experience and perspective to inspire small business leaders to create irresistible company cultures and their teams to love their jobs. John’s podcasts have attracted a large national audience and have given him an opportunity to influence the lives and work of many listeners. He is a seasoned communicator who has been integral in developing content and inspiring company cultures for over two decades.

John lives with his wife Risha and children London and Reece in Bloomington Indiana.
